Her attorney is being very dishonest here. “Sexual harassment” has a specific legal meaning, with conditions that must be proven through valid evidence. Making a subjective, one-sided “legal” claim that something is “sexual harassment” is ridiculous:

According to the NYT article, it wasn’t a settlement it was SEVERANCE, which is simply pay over a period of time after being fired.
