JUDGE ADAMS: ‘A CHILD’S TESTIMONY SHOULD BE IGNORED’
. . . The video footage of Judge William Adams physically abusing his daughter has brought under scrutiny child protection cases he has worked on in the past.
Witnesses who attended a courtroom trial of Judge Adams on October 11 last year claimed that the judge agreed with a lawyer who had argued that ‘a child’s statements amounted to no evidence’ and they are ‘fantasizers’.
The case involved the custody of a six-year-old child who is said to have suffered ‘horrific abuse’. . .

I can’t understand why there is not a warrant out for his and his wife’s arrest and his other daughter is not in CPS custody. That would be the case for a “normal” citizen. I guess some animals are more equal than other animals.
If this guy wasn't a government employee (Judge) they'd be busting down his door with a warrant for his arrest, and searched of his home.
Of course, since he's part of the government this will all be handled quite differently.

you know, I’m getting that old familiar feeling of a **** job about to be perpetrated. The county site and the texas commission on judicial conduct seem to be saying “yeah, yeah, we know all ready. Leave us alone” I feel that the fix might be in.

Your post #68 is the first mention of sex, and you didn’t watch it.
The mother has divorced him, no mention of sexual abuse.
There was mention of addiction.
Because this happened 7 years ago and the girl is now 23. The statute of limitations has ran out on any potential charges of abuse or assault.
yep. that’s the story. their hands are tied. suspected that he’d get away with it, saddened that I was right.

I think she got off too easily.
My mother would filet me with a switch while I was taking a bath if the offense warranted it. This punishment came when I thought I'd gotten away with it.
Was that abuse? Heavens no!
Disobeying my parents resulted in well-deserved pain. My three kids know not to try me or...
Spare the rod, spoil the child.
