Who cares where it came from? There is no chance this would have remained a secret anyway. Way too many people knew about it and that means that Hussein’s opposition research folks know.

The fact that the lady's lawyer doesn't have a copy of the agreement, didn't handle the original agreement in person, etc. and doesn't know who he talked to at the NRA should give off warning signs.

Probably because nobody cared. Cain wasn't competitive in that campaign, so there was no reason to dump oppo research to the press to damage him.
