I think the woman could still be found in violation of the “non disclosure” agreement” even by using a proxy and the lawyer disciplined or disbarred by facilitating this charade.
Assuming the woman really exists. So far, we have only Bennett’s word that his client is indeed a woman who received a severance package from NRA. That such a woman exists, there is no doubt. That such a woman really is Bennett’s client, well apparently we’ll never be able to prove or disprove it.
