Cain is the best. Some anonymous bimbo who won’t come forward and state her accusations, throws firebombs in seclusion and won’t even release a statement of the alleged offenses wants us to take her seriously.

This has the fingerprints of the left all over it.

Just another Borking and Clarence Thomas situation.

It seems that conservatives and Americans in general have finally gotten it.

The same liberal media which ignored the racist bastard Obama had as a minister and personal friend, Obama’s connections with an anti-American radical and murderer, his personal drug abuse history, questionable citizenship, etc., are trying to smear Cain with an anonymous accuser who won’t even state her complaint - if she even exists.

It won’t work this time. No more Anita Hills or Tawana Brawleys.

That is scarey. Huntsman is worse than Romney.

They just want us to give up. They’d have us believe all our candidates faults or misteps are fatal and all their candidates faults and misteps are just strategy.

“We have to remember that most Americans don’t read political newspapers or websites and these things take quite a while to trickle down.”

It’s kind of difficult to see Cain’s face day-in and day-out on TV, hear about Cain on the radio day-in and day-out...yet still NOT have ANY CLUE as to why he’s getting all this air time? Maybe they think if Republicans as blind and deaf?

This is a pretty DESPERATE attempt to try to discount Cain, even when his numbers are holding, at worst.

The best part of this poll is seeing Perry at 6%, the second best part is seeing Romney dropping in Iowa - this has to scare the crap out of the RINOs and the MSM.

The other interesting thing to note is that both Romney and Perry are the two people that Cain has been pointing to in this mess...and both are dropping. Newt, on the other hand, went as far as defending Cain (something Bachmann and Sanatorium could not bring themselves to doing...they had to pile on), and Newt is the one gaining strength.

Not bad overall.

“If Huntsman has a good showing at his next debate, he might close in on Perry.... “

Actually I would word that differently. It’s more like Perry is trying to close in on Huntsman.

I was trying to not be so obvious. ;)

? Look at what they are doing to a good man in Cain. Can you imagine what they will dig up on Newt? Go to Bing or Google and start typing in "Newt Gin.." Before you can finish look at the auto fill suggestions you get.

And let's not forget...

I can’t go “anybody but Romney”.

Perry has been far too socialist and the left must not be allowed to control the Republican party. Thus I am working now to convince as many as possible here locally to go write in if either of the clones is the nominee.

Cain is the best of a weak to moderate field, but someone new could jump in. Bachmann or Santorum I could live with. Would have to hold my nose to vote Newt...

“Cain’s lead increases and they make the article about Newt and Mitt!”

The key is global warming and an OPTIONAL flat tax, both status quo establishment perspectives.

Cain is conservative and an outsider, they will ignore and attack him to the last vote puts him over the top.

I support Cain, but I’m really starting to scare myself because I seem to be warming up to Newt.

“I support Cain, but I’m really starting to scare myself because I seem to be warming up to Newt.”

It’s ok, but see post 29, to help you with that. Newt is good guy and a smart guy, but I would still not want him on the top of the ticket, because you NEVER know when he will flake out, as in that picture. Newt also supports a form of Amnesty - he doesn’t quite call it that, but it is.

“Perry has been far too socialist and the left must not be allowed to control the Republican party.”

Where does all this sh!t come from? I live in Texas...I voted for Perry for Gov. He is NOT a socialist. There are so many lies on this site about him, it is so ironic. Can you give proof of what you are saying about him, or just quoting something from the “Austin Statesman”, which, by the way is a liberal newspaper from Austin? I have no complaints against what or how Perry has governed Texas.

All you people, start checking your facts before spewing these things; don’t just say stuff because you heard it from someone else.

Native Texan, Thanks for your post. I have your back. FR has gone batsh@# crazy against Perry, and he’s the one true conservative! I blame InfoWars.

I live in Texas too, and would agree. He’s not a socialist...but he is his own animal.

Just this week he proposed LEGALIZING the 10 to 15 Million ILLEGALS in this country. Then we have his TTC and Gardacil. So he is FAR from being a conservative, but overall he’s still not a socialist.

Bullypulpit, thanks. I was beginning to think I was the only sane person on FR about Perry.

His speech on C-SPAN2 yesterday was very well received...no sign whatsoever that enthusiasm for his campaign has dimmed at all...sounds like media pipe dreams again.
