I would suspect that had "General Rooney" been commanding the Third Army in the Normandy theatre after the D-Day invasion ...

The Allies would STILL be pinned-down (in 2011) outside Caen ... with their pants around their ankles ... while the Nazis perfected the VIII missile and miniatured their nuclear warheads ... for delivery to Chicago, New York and Moscow ...
