Didn’t see this posted from earlier today so thought I’d post.
What matters is the in-person voting and for that Romney and Cain tie with 35% of the vote, respectively. From my reading Romney didn’t carry the state’s in-person voting but tied with Herman Cain. Cain is still tracking with Romney in the polls.
Interestingly, if I read the article correctly
Paul is first overall and Cain is second overall, beating out Romney. The author leads us to believe that Romney is second.
