I suspect Rove would be happy with either, Perry being a 2nd choice should Romney fail. That’s why I think he’s behind this thing with Herman Cain. Herman’s in the way of Perry regaining traction.
I just think Perry is a terrible candidate. He is pretty much standing in his own way. I don’t think he’ll go anywhere if Cain drops out of the race. He messed up so badly with those debates—
