Sex harrassers don’t wake up one year and decide to go after women. They have years and years of doing this. They just don’t start it late in their careers.

Excellent point, you would think that if these were all true, then there would be women coming forward to report sexual harassment that he's been doing recently, or at any number of the places he's been running.
