Your basis?
Self-contradictions and implausible claims. Here are some Herman Cain paraphrases:
"Auditing the Fed is a waste of money... I never said I was against auditing the Fed."
"Ron Paul supporters ask 'stupid questions' about the Fed and 'don't know enough' about it, but that doesn't mean they're ignorant."
"What I meant was: Abortion should be illegal, but government shouldn't tell people not to break the law."
"I have no recollection of the allegations... But my office door was open and my secretary was sitting right there."
"I don't remember the amount of the settlement. I hope it wasn't for much because I didn't do anything... But it may have been for three months' pay, or two months', or maybe three-to-six months'..." (It was actually a year.)
There are dozens of these.

I almost forgot:
“It’s the liberal media... It’s the Perry campaign... It’s the Democrat machine...”

So the software has a “95 percent success rate”... I’ll gladly concede that when it comes to aggressive lying, Cain is comfortably within the top five percent.
They should test their machine on his claim that he never said he was against auditing the Fed, or that he never called audit supporters ignorant, or that he’s “prolife” with “no exceptions” but government shouldn’t make that decision, or that he didn’t remember any details of Karen Kraushaar’s claims, or that he didn’t remember any financial settlement, or that he’d traced the media leak to the Perry campaign.

Brief interview answers. I’d like to see them in context. What questions was he answering?
Thing is, I’ve actually said the exact opposit of what I meant from time to time. Fortunately, I’m able to clarify. And like I say about Rush Limbaugh, if everything he says for three hours a day is recorded for years, one should be able to find hundreds of misstatements, assuming he is not superhuman.
IOW, I’m interested in what people say, but I am more interested in what they meant when they said it. That takes follow up and qualifying questions.
