We know this entire sordid affair had been reported to the PSU administration. It sure sounds like a cover-up, and if it is that means more criminal charges against the PSU administrators.
PSU has now become the face of the corruption and perversion that has overtaken higher education.
The State of Pennsylvania could be on the hook bigtime for this? Where are they going to get the money?
