That's fine. He'll get canned when they clean house and he can go count his money and live with his conscience then.

So far he is off the hook on state charges, but I’m starting to think they may all be worried about Federal charges.

Paterno has contacted a big time DC criminal defense attorney. Maybe not for good reason, but maybe for very good reason.

I thought employees of all schools in all States had a duty to report. He should be facing jail time.

He is the main witness. He holds all the cards.

Both the university and the prosecutors are in a position where they have to try and make nice with him to influence his testimony.

It ain’t right, but it’s what we’ve got.
