What has Chelsea done that qualifies her for this position, other than being related to the Secretary of State and a former President? Nothing! Those are the only type of requirements for a so-called journalist in the US today.
Additionally, the fact that she's a Clinton makes her a perfect shoe-in as a professional RATagandist.

Chelsea is being groomed for future political office by the powers that be to perpetuate the Clinton ‘dynasty’. This is all a part of the plan to move that process forward. Yuck.
