This physician has no personal relationship with Cain and is not in a position to state for a fact he knew anything improper happened with the girlfriend he had at the time. If this is all Allred has, she’s not adding anything new to what we already know.

A former suburban Chicago doctor is expected to reveal new details on Monday aimed at discrediting presidential candidate Herman Cain, the ABC7 I-Team has learned.
The new witness, according to sources involved in the case is Dr. Victor Zuckerman. He has scheduled a news conference for Monday at 1 p.m. with attorney Gloria Allred. The news conference is scheduled for Monday at a Holiday Inn in Shreveport according to a TV station KSLA. Zuckerman was the boyfriend of Chicago business woman Sharon Bialek, who is also represented by Allred.
Dr. Zuckerman is expected to describe how he was with Bialek when the two of them met Mr. Cain at a Chicago restaurant in 1997. Cain has denied any recollection of the encounter. That alleged dinner was the precursor for Ms. Bialek’s one-on-one meeting with Cain in Washington, DC a month later. It was during that discussion in a car that Bialek claims that Cain “suddenly reached over and he put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals.”
If he met Cain, what kind of man would not defend his GF from another man’s advances?
Its either hearsay or we’ve got an ex-boyfriend who got dumped because he allowed her to get pawed.
Either way, he’s not a credible witness.
The fact is, they still have a major influence on Public opinion whether we like it or not. This case will not go away easily either. Cain's recent success is in part, the result of the same Media that is currently putting on trial in the court of Public opinion.

We’re not taking about a capital crime here. At most what happened was a breach of etiquette. Hardly something that requires a tell-all news conference.
