A new witness in the Herman Cain sexual harassment scandal has hired powerhouse attorney, Gloria Allred, and will be holding a press conference on Monday afternoon in Shreveport, Louisiana, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As Radaronline.com first reported, Sharon Bialek claimed in a news conference last Monday in New York that when she came to Cain for professional help in 1997, he "suddenly reached over and he put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals."
Bialek is also repped by Allred, and she was the first woman to go public in the scandal that could derail the Tea Party's darling from getting the GOP nomination. Cain said he didn't recall meeting Bialek, and denied any wrongdoing in his own press conference.
The new witness is a pediatrician, and a former boyfriend of Bialek's. The doctor was with Bialek when he met Cain. Bialek told her then-boyfriend that Cain had inappropriately touched her shortly after the alleged incident took place in Washington D.C. Cain has said, "I don't even know who this woman is."
Bialek claims that after she lost her job at the National Restaurant Association, she asked Cain to help her find a new job. Bialek went to D.C., where Cain was working at the time, and the two were headed back to her hotel after dinner. She said when they were in the car, Cain pulled over and "suddenly reached over and put his hand on my leg, under my skirt and reached for my genitals."
Bialek also said "He also grabbed my head and pulled it towards his crotch." She said that she asked Cain to stop and he did but when she questioned his actions Cain told her, "You want a job, right?"
Three other women have accused Cain of sexual harassment. Bialek is steadfast that she won't be filing a lawsuit against the presidential hopeful.

This is a classic political whisper campaign. Nothing solid, nothing verifiable but constantly retold...so it must be true.

This guy can only claim that he told her about it in the past -- which is going to conflict with her previous testimony that she didn't tell anyone the details.
The only person that can provide admissible hearsay evidence to a third party is Cain himself, and that has to be authenticated with a signed document or recording. I can't just claim that Cain told me something.
I don’t think this presser will be covered with the intensity the last one was. It’s getting to be a bore.
Lin Wood and his team of investigators will soon know more about this “doctor” than he knows about himself.
You still don’t understand that they already have a record of 2 out of court settlements that support the claims.
At the very least, this thing is escalating and the Press is getting involved. Much like the way Cain was suddenly launched to the top by the press, they will pursue this with even more vigor, now that these allegations have a witness to support the original testimony.
Just 3 days ago, Cain had surely won and was back in business and much stronger. Now all of a sudden that is no longer the case after the previous non Cain media distractions played out.

And why after being attacked would she ask her attacker to drive her back to a hotel that was only a block and a half away?

This is third hand testimony. Even Allred can’t be that dumb. Apparently she is.
If there is an actual witness to the alleged incident, that’s one thing.
But this is a just a political low blow across the belt.

I have watched enough Judge Judy to know this pedophile oops podiatrist is not a witness since the evidence is hearsay. It may be evidence in the court of public opinion but not a court of law. Next Allred will wave around some dirty underwear the “victim” wore and say this is proof.
