It would be the ninth basic fee increase in nine years for the nation's largest university system, which says higher tuition is the only way to keep up with rising enrollment and declining state support. This may be a radical concept, but how about raising the bar as for what is permissable for being accepted? Like, maybe better grades .... but, that's racist thinking.
