STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) -- The former Penn State assistant football coach at the heart of a massive child sex-abuse scandal said he showered with young boys and hugged them but called the allegedly criminal contact "horseplay."
Jerry Sandusky told NBC News' "Rock Center" on Monday night that he was not a pedophile but, in retrospect, should not have showered with the boys he's charged with sexually assaulting.

It’s clear the Penn State community is following the Democratic Party playbook. When any Dim gets in trouble, they circle the wagons and adopt the same talking points. When Clinton was having sex in the Oval Office it was a “personal matter,” and when Sandy Buirger got caught removing classified docs from the National Archives, he was being “sloppy.”
So “horsing around” is the new term-of-choice to describe the actions of a child rapist.
it reminds me of Michael Jackson’s refusal to admit that allowing young boys to share his bed overnight was wrong.

so basically - jury pool is limited to those who don’t read newspapers or watch television news - or read articles online.
The sleazy attorney stated to Costa and the 'audience' that 'the alleged victim' in the 2002 reported incident is about to recant his testimony' found in the Grand Jury Presentments.
For the lawyer to say this would mean the attorney or Sandky advocates have had contact with the vicitm recently. BUT the names of the victims could only be available to the attorney via Sandusky since the names are sealed.
The attorney then told Costa that he anticipates several of the vicitms will be recanting their stories. These vicitms could not be known specifically to the sleazy degenerate attorney except through Sandusky naming them.
The victims are being threatened with media exposure and the threat was issued directly from the sleazy attorney, and NBC played enabler for that balckmail of the victims.
Sandusky must think riding bareback is just horsing around.
Bingo.

Not surprisingly, it has been reported the Sandusky’s lawyer impregnated a 16 year old.

LOL. Ten to one, even the homeless guy living on the street corner in a Kenmore box has heard of this sick scandal.
I think almost any seasoned lawyer would say the risk of an unwise statement far outweighs whatever "taint" you might get in the jury pool. Bad move for him.
But I will say this. The interview removed any doubts I had about the guy's guilt. Creepy.
In prison, he may even meet a gentleman named “Horse”
Time for one of the victims’ parents to “horse around” with Sandusky and a noose.
No kidding! What is wrong with people who feel sorry for Joe Paterno? I think he should be tied to a chair for eternity and forced to listen to the screams and cries of the young boys who were raped. Paterno, and everyone else who covered this up, are as bad as Sandusky.
