We have had a President who knew ‘everything about everything’ and ran the WH with him having to know every minute detail and make every decision:
His name was Jimmy Carter

We also had a president who admitted he was not well-versed in minutiae and considered himself the idea man and his advisers the experts:
His name was RONALD REAGAN.

I thought I would just throw that out there.

Reagan had the 30,000 foot view of things...and my guess is that is what Cain has.
