Hey Rush, if Liberalism is the minority thinking in this country, why is it then that it pervades every facet of our lives? Answer: because we allow it to!
We must all go ahead and run for some office in 2012, school board, city council, county office, state house, state senate. What would be the most efficient way to eliminate the progressive agenda from our daily lives? Public Schools? Local and county Republican offices? Any suggestions?

The trouble, as I see it, is that we have several mini-me Obamas running on the GOP ticket this time, at least as far as no conservative base in themselves. They instead project a vision of conservatism with no substance. An example is Perry’s now famous 53 seconds. I believe he could not remember the third branch to eliminate because he is parroting ideas from others, not from himself.

I was encouraged to learn about politics during the 1970s by my father. I remember one of the things we discussed: the founding of a Department of Education as pushed by many (including one Newt Gingrich). It was a great relief to me to see a candidate (Reagan) call for disbanding it.
We are reaping what we have sewn by compromising with evil.

Earlier this week BO was stating that in his opinion this country has “gotten lazy over the last 20 years.” While everyone is reacting to that comment, the one thing that I have to wonder is.....was he saying that like it is a bad thing? I would expect that is actually what he wants of this country. He has spent years denigrating those who work hard, has created a whole new entitlement program that forces the producers to provde for the non-producers, so why is his statement a surprise?
He wants laziness as the standard. That is what he rewards, while denigrating and punishing success. Success is nothing more than the expected result from hard work!
