Last Tuesday? As in Tuesday of “last” week? I thought that debate was this Tuesday. Wow time flies.
Grunthor: If you want to get technical, it more correctly would have been: “...the Debate this past Tuesday.” And you are incorrect as well: When you say “this Tuesday” that carries the connotation of the “upcoming” Tuesday, not the past Tuesday.
