It was Newt, not the media that catapulted him to the leadership, the first R house in 40 years, and the only balanced budgets ever produced by the Fedgov. And it was the MEDIA, not Newt, that put his popularity in the gutter because they had to destroy him with relentless attacks and bogus ethics charges, JUST LIKE THEY DID TO SARAH.
