EU looks to 2020 for new pact on global warming

The stakes are high but expectations are low in Durban, South Africa, where talks began on Monday (28 November) on how to save the planet from the effects of rising temperatures. …

"A second Kyoto period with only the EU, representing only 11 percent of global emissions, is clearly not enough," EU climate change commissioner Connie Hedegaard said. …

The EU climate slut is full of shit. The EU has never come even close to meeting its "Kyoto commitments." All theater here, with the "public intellectual" lit major in charge of climate science for the whole European continent.

Agreed. I’m on a high mountain basin in the commie state to the south of you, and the next colder spell will start about Thursday. ...saw -14 F one night earlier this month, and wind gusts to 109 mph another night.

I just heard Newt Gingrich say with his own mouth that he is not sure whether or not man is responsible for global temperatures!!!!! And soooooo many people say he is brilliant. If he is not sure that global temperatures depend on the activities of the sun and the tilt of the globe, then he is a DUNCE.
