Yes, Herman’s supporters, like me, would move to a different candidate

I would expect Cain to endorse Gingrich.

Ok, which one is the self-immolating conservative fruitcake? That sounds more interesting than the other choices....

I don't see that as justification of giving up your right to vote.

The weak do not survive and should not. We don't need a weak president to stand up to China, Al Queda and others.

Herman should still stay in the race and make this his campaign song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBBm2x6nKIo

Still have a hard time believing this story. This woman supposedly has two kids. How long before they start looking into seeing if Herman is the father of one of them.

It is we, the American people, whom are weak. Our survival is what is in grave danger, and in the face of it, our response is to become weaker.

I wonder who the next target for destruction will be. We are going to run out of flavors shortly.

or he thought that being black would protect him from everything, as well as his total lack of knowledge about any issue, like it did for obama...hey..he was for affirmative action so he probably thought that would work for him too.

Doesn’t matter if its true any more. The MSM will simply inundate us with headlines until the candidate surrenders.

I don't have to look any further than what was done to Palin.

Whatever happened to being innocent before being proven guilty? Where’s the PROOF??

The number of FReepers who believe this woman over Cain is astonishing.

You weak-minded fools, you are allowing the MSM to choose your candidate —— again.

What a bunch of asshats.

Until real proof comes out, I will believe Cain....who said on that phone call that she is lying and that there was no affair.

I’m waiting to see if he refutes this. I saw the woman on TV and she appeared to me to have had her arm figuratively twisted. My gut reaction was that someone was forcing her to twist her words into indicating a false scenerio and if she didn’t do so it would be really bad for her or her family.

Give Cain time and the benefit of the doubt...these are very corrupt days and obviously Romney or his henchmen wants him out of the way.

Remember in our republic a man is innocent until proven otherwise.

BINGO!..I liked Cain..but it’s time for him to go..and I’m getting tired of all those here who want to give him a pass. WE are NOT the same as Dems and liberals..we have values..and for pete’s sake, a Baptist minister who can’t keep his fly zipped is NOT who I want for my nominee..

Well aren’t you special? You’re tired of Christians acting like Christians? I thought we weren’t supposed to bare false witness. I thought people were innocent until proven guilty. If you don’t like his policies..that’s fine. But you are no better than the MSM and rhinos when it comes to convicting someone prematurely.

I really like Herman Cain, although he would not have been my first choice for Presidential candidate.

I have to admit that I think there may be something to this accusation. Why would someone like this have a collection of phone calls, text messages from Mr. Cain? That wouldn’t be appropriate even if they were “friends”, IMHO.

If he is reassessing, I think there’s something to this one, I hate to say.

What if he winds up confessing? Wouldn’t it be a good thing that it was exposed?

Then maybe Herman shouldn’t be sending 60+ text / phone calls to her over a 4 month period. Do you do that to a lot of non-relatives you’re not working with?

Remember, if nothing else, you’re voting against Obama.

Right now, if Cain goes, Perry is my next choice. Then Newt “I’m not Romney” Gingrich.

I’ll vote for Romney if that is all that is left when we get to the General.

But, if he pulls out, I’m glad Cain is doing so before the Primaries start.

Any possibility DeMint could step in? He’d be my favorite, but I haven’t been following his statements on the subject recently, have you?

our response is to become weaker

Yes, I would say that describes the decision not to vote.

I generally follow the “vote for the most conservative candidate who can win” mantra. If Cain is out, then that means Newt.

Yep.

There is enough crap on Barry Soetoro, more than any candidate or politician could possibly ever survive. The problem is, not all that many people are aware of it because the MSM won’t report it. Fast and Furious should have been breaking news 24/7 on every news station, they buried it. His own book ‘Dreams’ should have been enough to destroy him a a candidate for president. I fear the fix is in, the coup is complete and the candidates that could stop it aren’t running.
