The entire Middle East needs a VIOLENT lesson. Tolerance is acceptance of this behavior. Britain no longer has the spine to really do a payback, but they should....destroy an entire city (Qom?) and begin burning ALL Iranian books, from school books to Korans to technical (nuclear) and science books. Make destruction of their culture a priority as they wish for ours. Make the destruction unrecoverable.

Qom is the city I wanted to use as the example back in 1980, it was Khomeini's hometown IIRC, and the main seminary (or whatever they have) of the Shia is located there. I must confess that I've looked over a number of such places on Google Earth, figure the radius using the line tool, and then matched that up with a nuclear effects calculator on the internet. My peace plan for the Middle East is "leave us in peace; or we'll leave you in pieces." And if they make us come over there it would be sort of like Genghis Khan meets Curtis LeMay. A wasteland where Kandahar once stood would have made a fine 9-11 memorial.
