"Looks like meat"...well 'ell yeah. That pic looks like many markets in France & Switzerland. It was served at a few restaurants I visited while traveling there last summer.
I would rather see some of the wild horses served up on someones table than to see them die of starvation and overpopulation.
So "where's the beef"? ;>)
