I’m a little more sanguine than you. I think his quitting will affect HOW we get screwed. It was coming one way or another. There is no human solution to our current world situation that doesn’t involve a world of hurt.
We are facing the greatest collapse in the history of mankind. The word “possible” is intentionally missing. I firmly believe it is going to happen, only the timing remains a mystery. But I’m looking at within the next year - or two at the absolute outside.
You must break the system before you can rebuild it.
Sadly, we continue to allow the major parties to pick our leaders for us. We the People just don’t count anymore.
