The Royal Society study linked to in the article raises some interesting points — the ONLY creatures that throw anything are humans and chimps (and apes, etc.). Knowing how and why to throw something at someone or something else is apparently an intellectual milestone. Most MLB pitchers must be geniuses.

The bar for “intelligence” has been lowered quite a bit.
OWS will take note of this development in hopes of increasing their demonstrable intelligence.
This is a sad ploy to make progressives behavior in close elections look smart.
