They can make fun of Herman Cain's 9-9-9 plan but it is like their unemployment rate in that the whole purpose is not to go to 10%.
Obama is the 9-9-9 unemployment president.

Two things, it’s an election year.
Second, before the big push by Bush, McCain, Graham, Kennedy a few years back, the reports were “up to 20 million illegals in this country”.
Then comes the push for comprehensive immigration reform. The media began reporting 8 to 12 million illegals.
This was an intentional effort to soften the numbers to aid in the passage of amnesty.

Anything that the government, over which Obama has control and which could affect his ‘standing,’ says is a LIE. It is just that simple.
