The other problem is that Conservatives in general, disdain government, and want nothing to do with having political office.
To liberals, government is the be all, end all, of life on this planet.
I don’t want candidates thinking they can go to Washington and retire. They should do away with presidential retirement pay and congressional retirement pay. 2 Term Senators and 4 term congressmen and that are it. No freebies what so ever!
