I appreciate that these folks are taking law, not populism.
While I understand this panels concerns on the law with Perry I think they are reading to much into what he says.
Perry is very aware that all he can retract immediately as president are things that fall under the executive office.
The EPA is one of those things, and Perry is adamant about reigning them in.
