Perry is not out of this race in any way. Frankly, I think voters (and the general public) are really tiring of all the dog and pony shows by a couple of the candidates.

It’s really time to get down to the business of removing Barack Hussein Obama from the People’s House in D.C.

Perry appears to be the one true conservative in the Goldwater mold of all the candidates in the race.

Sarah Palin agrees.

"All these candidates have strengths. Rick Perry and his 2nd Amendment support and that's indicative of he being a constitutional conservative who understands that the Federal Government cannot take away the rights that are inherent, written out very clearly in our Constitution."

"At the end of the day it will be that GOP Constitutional Conservative candidate who we do need to support. We need to back this person up."

Source-Sarah Palin Interview with Sean Hannity-Dec.1,2011

Sarah Palin had comments about Cain,Romney,Gingrich,Perry,Santorum,Paul and Bachman. Her remarks were complimentary of all the candidates, with added praise for Rick Santorum.

The only candidate she referred to specifically as a "constitutional conservative" was Rick Perry.

I think anybody who has the money to stay in it and wants to stay in it, should stay in it.

We may joke about Perry, Santorum, and Bachmann fighting for 4th or 5th place, but all three of those candidates deserve to stay in it as long as they want to stay in it - the idea that somebody should be booted because they can't get out of single digits is ridiculous. Even Huntsman should be able to stay in as long as he has money and meets the requirements.

It's especially ridiculous when you have supporters of a candidate who is on top telling supporters of other candidates that if they don't support their candidate who is on top, they are helping Romney. We saw it when Rick Perry was on top and a few of his supporters were pushing the idea that supporting anybody but Perry meant you were supporting Romney, and we saw it with some Cain supporters when Perry cratered. Thankfully most of the folks who did that both times have been zotted. They were not helping the discussion at all.
