The English need to go on a rampage. The queen and parliament is useless.

The Queen is a constitutional monarch and as such has little power over anything other than the royal corgis. She is purely a figurehead. I am sure is just as pi$$ed as the rest of us with regards to the ineptitude of the elected officials, after all they are being useless in Her name!
