I heard Newt say the MO decision was a strategic decision, that that primary doesn’t carry any convention delegates. How could he have missed delegates in NH if no votes have been cast yet?

The Missouri primary is just a popularity poll. We seriously discussed canceling it to help balance the state budget. The Republicans decided that the real choice will be in the caucuses.

I’m confused. Some people are still waiting for Palin to come to the rescue. I think Reagan didn’t enter his name until December. How would they have met the deadline for most state’s primary ballot?
