There was another thread today criticizing the two academics that authored a 50 page finding for the White House to justify killing of Anwar al Awlaki. He was the muslim cleric that the Ft. Hood shooter contacted 18 times via email. I wonder if the legal finding they authored cited the recruitment of the Ft. Hood shooter as evidence for taking Awlaki out?
If so the White House would be trying to have it both ways, again.
