If it’s not true, fine. You were in the Marines in ‘94 so I would think you would have heard something about it if it were true. I’m not an advocate for it being true; just have heard other things from people who would likely know. I would of course be the very last person on earth to know, so I let it rest now.

If the order from on high is an illegal order under the Constitution - then they have a duty to disobey that order.
