I would have manned border crossing situated where legal traffic demands. The rest of the border would be designated as a training range for the US Military for all kinds of training firing. The Mexican government would be billed $1,000 per illegal stupid enough to travel into a training zone and get killed or maimed. Get any crap from Mexican government or drug cartels ... take them out completely.
Sounds like a very good plan.
