So why do you support national marijuana prohibition, which is based on the UNCONSTITUTIONAL use of the Commerce Clause?

Curious, I am just following the argument along, but are you saying that the fed gov can not ban MJ? Would not a simple law making it a federal crime to possess MJ do it?

I think Ken's saying the fed gov has no constitutional authority to pass such a law. And he's right.

Hmmm, thanks, I did not know that. I do recall that it took a Constitutional amendment to ban alcohol. Back when we paid attention to what is and is not Constitutional.
