If you’re wondering who’s funding the network of left-wing, non-government organizations in Israel, which aim to topple Netanyahu’s government and turn Israel into an Arab majority state, it turns out to be the same man of evil who’s funding the Occupy Wall Street mobs: George Soros. Tel Aviv has had to contend with the same left-wing protests, tents and all, obviously all coordinated by one central global puppeteer.
That is why the Israeli Knesset passed the NGO Funding Transparency Bill by 40 to 34 in February. It was a hard-fought battle. But despite its neutered state, the bill survived and was enacted. It is a declaration of war by the conservative Likud Party against the shadow NGO empire being used by George Soros to shape the future of Israel. Its liberal opponents called it a “threat to democracy.”

Much of the Shadow Party’s power lies in the public’s ignorance of its existence and purposes, and its ability to hide its radicalism behind the usual Washingtonian political rhetoric. Obama’s recent interview on 60 Minutes was typical of his ability to say nothing while appearing to say something. He even mentioned that some of his Republican critics call him a socialist! He didn’t deny that he was a socialist; he simply assumed that most viewers would gather from his demeanor that such an accusation was totally ridiculous.
However, the only government in the world which wants to expose the existence of the Shadow Party and how it uses its hidden power is the conservative Israeli government. And that is why its enactment of the NGO Funding Transparency Bill is an extremely important measure in exposing to the world and Americans in particular how the Shadow Party works.

Does Soros have security able to repel a Mossad onslaught?
If he is in fact providing funds to Israel’s enemies, and can documented as having done it, wouldn’t that be a crime?
He is prevented from conducting foreign policy.
He is prevented from advancing foreign policy against the accepted policies of the United States.
Does this qualify as sedition, or treason?
Whatever the answer to those question are, this man is without a doubt an enemy of our nation. I wish his citizenship could be revoked, and him deported.
These putrid community organizer types all walking around as if committed to some noble cause are in fact simple freeloaders bartering their hate and envy for a ‘living wage’.

Meanwhile, when manufacturing accounted for about half the economy of the USA back in the 50s, the average factory worker’s wage was the equivalent of over $13/hr when adjusted for inflation. The further left we went, the lower the wages got.

This story is absolute hogwash. The demonstrations last summer were started by housewives protesting the price of cottage cheese. They were joined by university students protesting an unconscionable rise of their rents. Pretty soon everyone joined in, 500,000 people on the streets every week. But they were from every part of the political spectrum, mostly from the middle class, each with their own complaint. The government reacted swiftly with legislation and the CEO of the largest diary company in Israel had to resign when she came under investigation by the combines authorities. Rents too have slipping every since. This has nothing to do with Arabs or Soros and any other non-domestic issue. The demonstrations were clean, orderly, and non-violent.
As for legislation aimed at exposing the funding of radical left-wing groups, this was aimed primarily at meddling governments such as Switzerland and Sweden, not so much at private funding. Although Soros may be involved, but he’s nor only small potatoes, he’s hardly visible on the plate. These radicals are little more than a corporal’s guard easily contained but they make a big noise outside Israel.
I’m no fan of Soros but with Egypt going down the tubes, Syria in tumult, and Iran building a bomb, we have important issues to deal with. Who in Israel cares what Soros does? I can think of absolutely no one.
George Soros, should have been hung in 1946 for collaborating with the Nazi’s. Justice for him is long overdue !
I want to add, if what Soros is doing which is to promote genocide of Israel, too bad Israel cannot do to him what they did to Adolph Eichmann in 1960 ! And Adolph’s war crimes happened before Israel once again became a country !
If you google around, you’ll learn the “spontaneous” Israel protests were actually orchestrated by a US Democrat party agitprop shop.
I don’t doubt that Soros is guilty but my question is why is he doing it? He is a Jew! What happened to make him so resentful of Jews and being a Jew? Imagine the good he could have done working the other way.
If that’s true, then I’m glad to hear it. There have been rumblings about Soros money across the Middle-East though. Egypt was one of the places.

I don’t know what planet you live on but no foreigner can swing an Israeli election. Netanyahu alienated some of his top allies in his party with his long-time rival David Levy swinging over to Labor. He entered that election with a house divided. Then Barack promised 30,000 jobs which brought him a chunk of the Russian vote that Labor never gets.
Barack never created one job and Levy quit on the eve of the Camp David talks saying in effect that Barack was nuts. That ended Levy’s previously illustrious political career.
I don’t recall any foreigner managing the protests. This country operates in Hebrew and if you speak with a heavy accent no one is going to pay much attention to you.
Would that the Republicans had declared such a war back when they took over Congress.
George Soros wants to indirectly rule a nation, and his agents have, by my count, been expelled from no fewer than 5 countries where they have tried to bring this about.
Eventually, some government will decide that Soros and his organization represent “A clear and present danger”, and the world itself would be done a favor if he were to be eliminated, not just sent on to do his villainy elsewhere.
As with Bernie Madoff(*), who tried similar corruptions, if on a smaller scale, to pervert America into a regime more to his liking, once Soros is gone, his organization and schemes will disintegrate, much like the followers of Dracula when he met his end.
(*) One of Madoff odder eccentricities was that he would give money to *anyone* who advocated that no juvenile criminal should ever be punished for *any* offense, even homicide or murderous arson.
