The bill doesn’t actually amend the 2007 law, but does prohibit the administration from spending any money to carry out the light bulb standards — which amounts to at least a temporary reprieve.

If they are still illegal to sell, then where are you going to buy them? No retailer is going to sell them even if the law is not enforced and no manufacturer is going to make them if they are technically illegal.

This provision does NOTHING!

Piss on these wimps in Congress. REPEAL the law!!

Flea markets, little hole-in-the-wall thrift shops. The guys on the corner who used to sell crack, until untaxed cigarettes and light bulbs became a more lucrative business model.

You are so right. Wait till people discover that the "greenies" pushed through this stupid law that killed American jobs and now we can only use bulbs that have mercury in them and you can not dim your lights anymore. When tenants start complaining that they can't dim their ceiling fan lights anymore I've told my managers to tell them "stop voting for the democrats".
