Newt’s body of scholarly work should be compared to Great Leader’s scholarly work. Oh wait, we can’t. Though Great Leader, who everyone knows is a highly educated and uber-intelligent law professor, doesn’t have a body of scholarly work.

The problem with Newt’s plan is the assumption that the legal and political elite have one iota of respect for the original intention of the constiution or the rule of law. The constitution is what they say it is. The rule of law applies to all but them. Conservatives would not be able to hold them off and through this method they would totally end justice in America. Not much is remaining.
