You're right. I sympathize with anyone who is tormented by homosexual temptations. There are many other sinful thoughts, like adultery, that aren't against both God and nature. That's what homosexuality is, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
Covering up the problem is the worst possible response to it. We all have an evil nature that tempts us to do things that we shouldn't do. Telling a homosexual it's OK to act on their temptations would be like telling an alcoholic to have a drink. One can't cure what one refuses to call a sickness in the first place.
There is hope for homosexuals just like there's hope for adulterers, liars, and every other sinner. People can and do overcome all sorts of temptations, even to the point where those temptations are diminished to mere twinges or less, but again, that's not possible when one refuses to even admit the sin in the first place.
I'm willing to call BS on the certain-to-be-from-some-Soros-blog "statistic"--and if it matters, then (for example) John Conyers has to be called to account for the Detroit murder rate, which is a hell of a lot larger than 12 people.
What can Michele Bachmann do about it? Another example of people believing in the “Nanny State”, where government must do EVERYTHING for us.
I have yet to see statistics for the USA (do they exist???) but in Canada, the average gay man lives nearly 22 years less than the average Canadian. Suicide, addiction, disease, gay violence - all show that this lifestyle can never be made "normal."
Exactly. There is always hope— and it is God. It is the only answer to true happiness and, yes, He is there for anyone who seeks Him.
Maybe if people tried to help the homosexuals out of their perverted lifestyle instead of promoting it and encouraging them, they’d kill themselves less often.

Why would homosexuals commit suicide all the time if they are gay? Maybe they should be called sorry, or mournful, or pathetic? Pathetic Pride Day — go for it! Or even better stop puffing up this miserable lifestyle by calling them gay and just use “homosexual”.

Unfortunately for the school, they are going to be sued for doing it and rightly so.
The reason why public schools stink today? The “teachers” are busy promoting their personal agendas on class time and penalizing students who don’t quite agree with it.
This so-called teacher was hired to teach an ecomonics course. He wasted a class period on discussing homosexuality and questioning each student in his class about whether they accepted homosexuality or not. If they didn’t he tossed them out of his class.

No, you see it is not the *gay* people who have a problem, it is everybody else who must change to see things the *gay* people’s way, then the *gay* people will stop killing themselves. It is because YOU do not accept them, that they have to kill themselves.

There are many forms of child abuse, not just physical abuse but also pyschological abuse as well. This type of abuse does not leave marks on the body but can be as devastating to the child.
Maybe getting a doctor’s report that you have AIDS can be a reason to commit suicide.
