How does he define rogue judges? If a judge does something that he should be impeached for, I would think that is congress’s job or maybe fellow judges. We don’t need a Dear Leader to tell judges what to do or else. Obama’s sniping at the supreme court, outrageous EO’s, and tsars are bad enough.

YES - exactly,
lets get a national microscope on this issue, which Newt has made way for.
Newt doesn’t have a problem putting his career in the mirror of the constitution, BUT the other side does.
It’s good for his election, and even better for this country.

Newt is suggesting constitutional remedies, such as the legislature start using their constitutional powers over the judiciary to reign in rogue judges. He also suggests that the Executive branch stop allowing judiciary infringement over duties which are reserved to the Executive branch.

Go to Newt.org to read his white paper on the courts if you want to understand what Newt is really saying. It is 54 pages, so plan to spend some time on it.

Taken in context, Newt is not proposing to be a Dear Leader, he is stating that the Court is not supposed to be a Dear Leader.
