Sure. It’s more of “suspected by some historians and reported by cold war era defectors”. In the google books link, it’s attributed to “horseplay” as he kept on pushing his brother back into the water until he drowned.

This is the brother:

Defector’s account:

I know we have some good intelligence, but i’m wondering how they found out he tortured small animals as a kid. I’m not doubting anything that comes out of that clan of psychos, but it sounds pretty specific to me.

I'm not sure of what source they used for this, but I do know, that the family chef defected years ago (I think he even wrote a book), and one of the notes about this little freak, was that he was an anti-japanese bigot (the quote was that the kid looked at the chef with disgust because he was japanese or part japanese).

The references in the book were more about the "dear leader" though. The U.S. likes to debrief any and all defectors from North Korea, but most of the time, only gets speculative material and gossip, rarely anything first hand, especially due to the fact that this family was/is highly paranoid and constantly worried about information getting out in case of defection or leaks. They don't call North Korea the hermit kingdom for nothing.

It’s hard to imagine how he could be worse.

Which country has a recent history of wars, control obsession, and led by a bisexual Muslim with an admitted history of drug abuse?

And exporting machine-guns to drug-dealers...?

Hmmmmm.......?
