I say Boehner first, and Cantor. McConnell would never have sent the bill over to the House if he had any idea Boehner could not get it passed. Boehner is inept and incompetent, he may as well polish up that gavel because the way he’s going, he’ll be turning it back over to Nancy Pelosi before long. (Who was FAR more effective in doing the job of Speaker than he is!)

The point of having a Majority is to be able to rally your troops and get things done. Boehner and Cantor are utter failures at that - they’ve screwed up every time they’ve tried. Name one time when Boehner’s great ideas of standing up to the Dems and Obama has worked...just one time!

I am beyond words to describe how ridiculously incompetent these guys are. 11% approval rating? That’s about 10 points too high. To have screwed this up as badly as they have and then come crawling back on their bellies after giving Obama everything he could ask for is grounds for resignation. Let someone with a brain run the House and maybe act like a majority party.

Why should the House pass the Senate bill? The way it usually works is that the Senate bill and House bill are sent to conference to reconcile them and then the bill that comes out of committee is voted on by both Houses. The House passed its bill first.

The Senate hasn't passed a budget in over 900 days. They are so arrogant that they believe that if they pass a bill the House must take it or leave it. The Senate immediately left town after passing its version of the bill. The question is why did most of the Senate Reps vote with the Dems on a bill that was different from what passed in the Rep conrolled House?

Well, believe it or not, the reason most of the people rate congress so low is the opposite of our opinion - they think both sides should “work together” more, and they view Boehner and the Repubs as “uncooperative, obstinately, partisan and unwilling to compromise”. Yet we here chastise Boehner as caving and the Repubs for not standing their ground. He’s/they’re damned if they do and damned if they don’t.
