Well, no:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/virginia-politics/post/bachmann-huntsman-santorum-fail-to-make-va-ballot/2011/12/22/gIQActuBCP_blog.html

The failure of Bachmann, Huntsman and Santorum was reported earlier. Perry next, now Gingrich. They’re all getting space as the news is released.

As I understand it, the difference between Bachmann-Huntsman-Santorum and Gingrich-Perry is that the former didn’t even turn in signatures. Gingrich and Perry did, but came up short.

Sounds like Virginia’s bar is too high.

It’s a simple solution really:

If you can write-in a candidate, write them in.

If not, everyone who supports Perry, Bachmann, Santorum, Gingrich, or Huntsman should vote for Paul in VA to deny Mitt ALL of the delegates.

Virginia is winner-take-all. If Paul ins VA, Mitt gets no delegates there and it is a major FAIL!

So if the courts are running around saying voter id creates disenfranchisement, what does this do?
