At face value of your statement, it comes across as “they’re black, therefore unruly”, which is a stereotype. If you are caring, you want to dig deeper and know why to prevent it. The racist part is the liberals who say, “They can’t live without us” and make blacks dependent on their programs. That causes the unruliness due to no black father in the house instilling leadership and boundaries of behavior.

Please, I’m asking, don’t succumb to the labels of, “they’re just unruly because they’re black”...

I didn’t get into the reason “why” black kids are are 2-5 times more unruly than white kids. I simply pointd out the obvious that they “are” 2-5 times more unruly than white kids. It is what it is.
