I had many teachers amongst my cousins and still have one male cousin who teaches in Jaxville
they all say the same thing

most of the male black kids are a problem...and ruin it for all

and that most are not very bright

you get a standout here and there but he/she is beat down

it really is idiocracy and the rise of the feral predator long on brawn and guile but low on reasoning and intellectl..Molochs

there have always been issues in the black community even before we spoiled them and made husbands less relevant

but today it's 4-5 times worse than in 1955

and we all pay

and few even here will speak about it

I don't see this getting better...only worse

similar cultural issues are higher in most latino and other immigrant Africoid communities too...Somalis

kids here will never know how we once were...shame for them

decent black people move to majority white areas to escape this or they go private

my cousins always said even early on you could tell behavioral and physiological differences...marked ones

less ability to sit still and pay attention...quicker physical synapse...jerkier...louder talking

folks have no idea how you damage kids when you give them scant affection and guidance in the early years from crawler to 4 or so...it just destroys them and is hard to repair

I have worked with the parentless black kids at my children's schools...same thing...they wont for love and someone to make them feel love, security and boundries..like they count

It is simply due to no father in the household, married that is, not shaking up with, “the fiancee”.

The other sad fact is Obama revoked the “Welfare to workfare” within a month of inauguration...of course, you didn't see that in the news. He wants dependency for votes.

I believe what I have witnessed from 54 years immersed in black culture and seen it's decline behavior wise at least in the US even as a still liberal black middle class arose.

My experience with blacks is worldwide from West Africa to Haiti to The South to NYC

common denominators through it all worldwide:

lack of two parent household..basically serial illegitimacy as the norm

attraction to the most flashy or best talker ..like the Hoogan or Witch Doctor or here in the US...Sharpton or Calypso Louie

prone to violence to settle disputes faster...more emotional

poor inherent governing capabilities

It is nothing more than cultural lag broadly defined by race. Every culture or race associated with it cannot be brought into equal performance in the matter of a few hundred years. Blacks sprang forth or were yanked from mostly a stone aged existence in tropical Africa just a few hundred years ago...in near total isolation from Caucazoids and Asiatic peoples...they are not the only group on the planet to lag, it's just they are maybe the most obvious since they are here in the US in large numbers and are proliferating in Africa now due to medical advance...in spite of a propensity for war and poor agricultural endeavors to feed large numbers of folks.

It's just how it is. Problems in the black community everywhere are not the fault of someone else. The fault is theirs.

It's actually bigoted to act like their shortfalls are always due to something whites did. By that measure then anything blacks accomplish is due to whites making the opportunity for them or nudging them.

Only two things whites have done to help global black race is bring many of them out of the short life span and constant warring of tropical Africa and converted them to Christianity.

after that if they rise or fall it's on them...blame or credit depending which way it goes

most white Americans know little about blacks...maybe a few here and there or TV and sports folks...I drove out west last summer and from Amarillo to Montana in a big circle from Panhandle of Nebraska to Salt Lake to Vegas and Santa Fe We saw maybe 20 black folks over two weeks once we left Kansas City till we returned thru Amarillo...except Vegas.

. In my hometown of Jackson Mississippi I see that many in 90 seconds. Folks who have lived where and how I have with black culture are under no illusions.

on black fathers...even before entitlements and civil rights legislation etc, black fatherless rated was 20-25% and white rate was about 1 in 75.

now...black rate is 70-90% depending who you talk to and white rate is 18%...and it's not your fault or mine...it's theirs...squarely

I won't make excuses for any of it. But I do think ignoring small children is very very harmful to their development...it stunts them...dulls them
