Alexandra Pelosi, daughter of House Minority Leader and former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, told Big Government this week that her mother wants to leave Congress–and that she remains in Washington only at the behest of her campaign donors.
During a telephone interview, Ms. Pelosi–speaking from a friend’s home in New York City–described her mother’s predicament:
She would retire right now, if the donors she has didn’t want her to stay so badly. They know she wants to leave, though. They think she’s destined for the wilderness. She has very few days left. She’s 71, she wants to have a life, she’s done. It’s obligation, that’s all I’m saying.

Translation: My mom is still sore about getting the boot as Speaker. She doesn’t get a military plane anymore! You people don’t DESERVE her. Of course, she’ll stay — it’s her duty. Has nothing to do with the power and opportunity for insider trading she still enjoys. No, no, no. She’s all about public service.

Apparently she doesn’t want to leave bad enough yet. Republicans should make her luxurious life miserable ...and that goes for practically every elected official in California as well. Scum.
Pelosi make a good “face of the Democrat party”, so I hope she stays. Anyway, what kind of toilet-licking homo communist do you figure San Fransicko voters would replace her with? I hope Pelosi sticks around rather than retire and go home to Baltimore..

The more senile she gets the larger her ego gets. She loves the flattery, the stroking and the attention. The real reason she stays is her huge ego plus loves having people kiss her arse. She’s an egomaniac who feels she is entitled to lie as much as she pleases.
I wonder how them donors feel about her staying in a Hawaii hotel at $10,000 per NIGHT?
That Congressional District will send someone just as bad or worse, without the beauty of having her as an individual target (if I might use that word) of scorn. She presents the perfect face and mouth of American progressives.
Who else do we have? Harry Reid, but he is so non-descript, doesn’t quite do the job. Ted Kennedy is gone. Nancy really is perfect for her role as the iconic left. So long as she’s in the minority.
Now that she is no longer Speaker of the House, maybe it’s true but I’ll believe it when I see it.
Her donors do not want her to leave she supplies them with good insider information to get richer.

Poor thing!Nancy wants to leave but cannot because her supporters love her so.
She is needed to continue the democrats' struggle against sanity and the US Constitution.
So she must continue to sacrifice because the job of converting America to a socialist toilet is not yet complete.
but hey...Ron Paul wants to be President of the United States and he will be 78 come election time...maybe he only has a few days left also??
