Was just about to say that. Went there yesterday to pick up a few games I ordered. I was second in “customer service” line and waited for 10 minutes while one person worked and 5 other employees stood around behind the counter.

I noticed that as well. I counted about 30 workers and only 1 person at customer service to help a growing line.

I don’t really care for their store layouts and just in general their stores, period.

And when one does, is all too often gratuitously clueless. Went to look at 3D HDTVs: insisted the depth effect “popped out more” on one than another because it had “more lines”.

Went to Best buy for 2 brands of TV'S I liked , did not have them in stock, asked when they would arrive, didn't know, asked if I were to another TV would they take away my old 300 lb TV, didn't know as it was heavy. After all the negative answer including a date when I could expect the delivery, didn't know, this moron wanted to know if he should order one for me. Went to HH Gregg, had the TV I wanted, delivered it the next day, Sunday, and took the 300 lb TV away with them.
