Kossuth, Hardin, Appanoose, Hamilton, places with vote still out. Not sure how much left though. It’s razor close. Moot point. Romney can’t claim victory even if he’s on top. It was weak for him. Looks like he’ll fail to get his vote total from 2008.
All up to whether there’s enough votes in those precincts. Mitt is done. All the Romney areas are in.
